Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our Anti Cellulite Massagers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle free return policy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your Anti Cellulite Massager must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Hygiene Policy

For health and safety reasons, products that show signs of use, have removed hygiene seals, or have been used on skin cannot be returned. We take hygiene seriously and cannot resell products that have been in contact with skin.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@tryselenastore.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 24-48 hours
  3. Ship Your Item: Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked and ship to the address provided
  4. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Damaged in Transit: We cover all return shipping costs with carrier claim

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Processing

Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Amount:

  • Full purchase price (minus original shipping costs for change-of-mind returns)
  • Original shipping costs refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective product

Credit Card Refunds: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or lack of reasonable care
  • Items returned without a Return Authorization number
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery date

Defective or Damaged Products

If your Anti Cellulite Massager arrives defective or damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the defect or damage
  3. We'll send a prepaid return label immediately
  4. Choose between a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)

Warranty

Our Anti Cellulite Massagers come with a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

For warranty claims, contact support@tryselenastore.com with your order number and description of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
  3. Contact your bank (there may be processing time)
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@tryselenastore.com
